Austruct has recently completed the transformation of the Tingalpa Hotel. The gaming room was relocated to a more accessible location on the premises and new finishes, new gaming toilets, new DOSA built. A new bottle shop was constructed on Wynnum Road as well as the creation of a new Functions Room from the old Sports Bar. The new sports bar had the TAB relocated and a new large Function Room was created in the old gaming room location. This detailed and meticulous renovation has brought life back into the pub in time for the rebranding as the Tingalpa Hotel.

Austruct has recently completed the refurbishment of the Diamonds Tavern Kallangur which was formerly the Finnigans Chins Irish Pub. Austruct constructed a new Sports Bar and Bistro area as well as revamped the existing Gaming Room.

Austruct is currently undertaking an extensive renovation and refurbishment of this State Heritage Listed 1864 building. Due to the devastating arson attack earlier this year undoing Austruct’s painstaking restoration, we are now back on site restoring this grand building to its former glory once more.

Working closely with the Architect, Heritage Architect and State Government Heritage Department, Austruct are carefully bringing this significant building back to life.
