Austruct was involved in the new 'First Choice' liquor
concept store situated adjacent to the "Regatta Hotel".

Following the January 2011 floods, Austruct was engaged
to complete a full renovation and refurbishments to the
exterior and interior of the flood-damaged building.

Austruct project managed all areas of the job, working
closely with the architect, engineer and the 'First Choice'
retail management team to deliver this project to budget
and on time.
