Austruct had to do a full roof replacement and extensive restoration
of this heritage listed warehouse.

This entailed the removal of 11,000m³ of asbestos roof and the
replacement of all glass levers and air-conditioning, including
the insulation and replacing of roof sheeting and ensure that all
was water tight.

This was a very challenging and highly complicated project due
to the constraints of working within the laws of handling asbestos
whilst the building was still being occupied with a large number of
tenants.
